ಸ್ನೇಹಿತರೆ,
ಇಷ್ಟು ದಿನ ಕನ್ನಡ ಕವನ ಬರೆದೆ, ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹವೂ ಇತ್ತು, ಈದೀಗ ಆಂಗ್ಲ ಭಾಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಕವನ ಬರೆದಿದ್ದೇನೆ, ಇದೊಂದು ಪ್ರಯೋಗ ಮಾತ್ರ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯವೇ ನನಗೆ ಬರೆಯಲು ಸ್ಪೂರ್ತಿ, ''ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ನನಗೆ ಯಾರೂ ಇಲ್ಲ, ನಾನೊಬ್ಬ ಒಂಟಿ ಎಂಬ ಮನೋಭಾವನೆ ನಮಗೆ ಒಂದಿಲ್ಲೊಂದು ದಿನ, ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುತ್ತದೆ,ಅಂಥಹ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನ್ನೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಾನಿದ್ದೇನೆ, ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯಿದೆ, ನಿನ್ನ ಕಷ್ಟ ಸುಖದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಗೆಜ್ಜೆ ಕಟ್ಟಲು ನನ್ನ ಸ್ನೇಹವಿದೆ'' ಎಂಬುದರ ಸಂಕೇತವೇ ಕವನಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರೇರಕ, ಪೂರಕ
Life is long
and am not so young
with the name of friend
spread the feel of joy, oh wind
You are not alone
always, you are mine
with the flower in your hand
give it to everyone, don't mind
Don't be a selfish
life is full of wish

Although this is your first attempt, the poem is Really very nice. Reading English literature wil increase your style and affects your feelings too. We first think in kannada and transating it to english later(in mind) is not that much deep... don't mind please. I liked your poem

ಪ್ರಾಸಬದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ಬರೆದಿದ್ದೀರಿ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿದೆ ಇಷ್ಟವಾಯಿತು. ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹ ಜಾಸ್ತಿ ಸಿಕ್ತು ಅಂತ ಕನ್ನಡ ಬಿಟ್ಟುಬಿಡಬೇಡಿ ಸಾ..ರ್, ಓದೋಕೆ ನಾವೆಲ್ಲ ಇದ್ದೇವೆ.
ಪ್ರಾಸಬದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಬರೆದಿದ್ದೀರಿ,ಇಷ್ಟವಾಯಿತು. ಜಾಸ್ತಿ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿತು ಅಂತ ಕನ್ನ ಬರೆಯೋದು ಬಿಟ್ಟುಬಿಡಬೇಡಿ ಸಾ....ರ್..,
